Exchange & Returns

We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return or place an exchange request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please pack and seal the order completely so that it travels safely to our warehouse.

  • To start a return or exchange, simply go to ''Exchange & Returns'' tab on the homepage or you can visit your ''Account'' and check for the orders eligible for exchange & returns. 
  • Click on your desired request and keep the order sealed & ready in its original packaging.
  • Return pickup will be automatically done in the next 1-2 days by our pickup agent and order will be delivered to us in the next 3-7 days.
  • Once delivered, our team will make sure that product is unused and in the same new condition. Post this, we will ship your new order to you.
  • You only have one chance to place return or exchange request. This is because of the fragile nature of the product. So use it wisely :)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We recommend to make an unboxing video if you see that the packet is even a slightly tampered. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
