Que retains the right to refuse or cancel any order, based on factors such as limited availability, pricing or product information errors, concerns flagged by our fraud avoidance department, or other unspecified issues at Que's discretion. In certain instances, we may request additional information to facilitate order acceptance. Customers will be promptly notified of any full or partial order cancellations or if supplementary information is needed for order processing. This policy is essential to uphold the quality and security of our service, ensuring a transparent and reliable shopping experience for all patrons.
Orders can only be canceled before shipment is dispatched. Registered customers can conveniently monitor their order status through the Track Order feature on Queuniverse.com. Upon receiving a cancellation request, we promptly initiate the refund process, directing the funds back to your account via the original payment method. Once initiated, the refund amount will be credited directly to your account or sent via cheque. It is important to note that in cases of failed transactions where the amount has been deducted from your account, the amount deducted will be refunded by the respective bank to your account. Que will take no responsibility to refund the amount in transaction are failed by bank account.
Que is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction concerning our website's products, security measures, and customer support. Nevertheless, if a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they have the option to initiate a return for the order.
72 Hours Return/ Exchange Policy
In the unlikely event that the delivered order arrives in a damaged condition or is otherwise unsatisfactory, customers have the option to return/ exchange the unused product in its original packaging, along with the invoice, to receive a refund. Any customer can return/ exchange their product with another of equal, higher, or lower value. No new offers can be applied during the return/ exchange process. Members will limited to two exchanges per order. Reverse pickup is complimentary for the first exchange. However for subsequent exchanges, a fee of INR 99 will be charged for reverse pickup. In rare cases where reverse pickup is not feasible due to factors like pincode restrictions, non-serviceability, etc., Members must self-ship the product. Upon successful delivery, a store credit of up to INR 99 will be issued. Exchange orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Que’s designated courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by the Members and ensure its safe return to Que. However, in circumstances where a return pickup is unavailable, Members are required to arrange for the return shipment to be sent back to Que at their own expense. However, in circumstances where a return pickup is unavailable, customers are required to arrange for the return shipment to be sent back to Que (D-9 Ground Floor, Sector -3 Gautam Buddh Nagar 201301 Uttar Pradesh) or Que ( WP225, sector 130 Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, 201301 Uttar Pradesh) at their own expense.
Process to initiate Re-fund process.
- Customers are requested to reach out to Que customer support through WhatsApp only at 8527274868 or submit a written request to hello@queuniverse.com within 72 hours from the date of product receipt.
- Before returning the product, customers must await a confirmation email from Que, ensuring smooth processing of the return.
- To facilitate the return process, all products must be returned in their original, unaltered, and unused condition.
- Please ensure the inclusion of the accessories within the package for the return process. Returns lacking these documents will not be processed.
- Que shall not entertain any request after 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product.
Refund
Upon receipt of the product, Que will initiate the refund process. It is important that the product remains in an unused condition, in its original packaging, with intact tags and the accompanying invoice; otherwise, a refund may not be feasible.
Once the refund process is underway, the amount will be reimbursed directly to the customer’s account using the same transaction method.
For online payments, the refund process is expected to be completed within 7-15 working days from the date of receiving the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Queuniverse.com. customer’s patience during this period is greatly appreciated. A full 100% refund will be processed. If the payment was made online, the refund will be initiated within 7-15 working days from the date of receiving the returned product(s) at the warehouse of Que. However if the customer has opted for COD (Cash on Delivery), the amount will not be refunded by Que.
In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), where the customer pays in cash upon product receipt, the refund can be executed either through a cheque or online transfer via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer), depending on the customer's preference:
- If the customer includes a cancelled cheque with the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-15 working days, directly transferred to the customer's account via online NEFT.
- If the customer does not provide a cancelled cheque, the refund will be issued through a cheque sent via courier to the address provided during registration/placing the order, with an estimated processing time of up to 30 working days.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Que offers free shipping for all prepaid orders, whereas a delivery fee/ charge of INR 100 shall be levied for orders opting for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery time for Orders
We strive to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. The product is typically delivered within 2-9 working days in India from the date of order confirmation, unless such delivery is impeded by any governmental authority or entity acting on the government's behalf. In the rare instance that Que is unable to meet the specified delivery timeframe, Que will promptly cancel the order and inform the customer accordingly. In such cases, the refund will be processed directly to customer’s account using the same payment method. To guarantee prompt and flawless delivery, Que exclusively collaborates with reputable courier agencies. Additionally, Que upholds the practice of delivering directly to the recipient and, therefore, requires identity proof for verification purposes.
By purchasing or using the Que e-voucher, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Que reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to users.
- The annual membership for Queuniverse.com shall be valid for a period of 1 year (365 days).
- The Members shall enjoy exclusive benefits including but not limited to:
- Special discounts on Que products.
- Priority access to new collections.
- Free shipping on eligible orders including express delivery for all orders.
- Easy exchanges on all products.
- Access to members-only promotions and events.
- The members can renew their membership unless the member chooses to cancel their membership before the renewal date. The renewal fee shall be charged automatically to the member's designated payment method unless otherwise notified. Members shall get virtual membership pass from Que and membership passes cannot be physically obtained from Que.
- The Discounts provided on Queuniverse.com entitle the user to a specified percentage or amount off the regular retail price of Que’s products.
- The Discounts may be subject to certain limitations, including expiration dates and product exclusions, as specified by Que.
- The Discount may be redeemed online at Queuniverse.com or in-store at participating locations, as specified by Que.
- To redeem the Discount, the user must enter the applicable discount code or present the discount offer at the time of purchase.
- The Discount shall not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Que.
- The Discount will have no cash value and may not be exchanged or refunded.
- The expiration date of the Discount, if applicable, will be specified in the offer provided to the user.
- The Discount will not be applicable after the expiration date.
