Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 3 day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The product must be unused and unworn
• All original tags must be intact
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The order should be securely packed to ensure safe transit
How to request a return or exchange:
1. Visit the “Exchange & Returns” section on our homepage
OR
Log in to your Account and select the eligible order
2. Submit your request and keep the order sealed and ready in its original packaging
3. Our pickup partner will attempt pickup within 1 to 2 days depending on your pincode
4. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your exchange or refund
Please note:
• Only one return or exchange request is allowed per order
• A Rs 99 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount
• Products purchased during special promotions or limited drops may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• A defective item
• A wrong product
Contact us immediately within the return window.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video if the outer packaging appears tampered or damaged. Claims without clear photo or video proof may not be eligible for resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
If your pickup has not been initiated within 2 to 3 working days after placing a request, please contact us at hello@queuniverse.com.
Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. These are issues related to material or workmanship that exist at the time of delivery under normal usage.
If approved by our quality team, we will offer a replacement as per policy.
What is not covered:
• Scratches on lenses
• Damage due to drops, pressure, mishandling, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by water, chemicals, heat, or salt exposure
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Any damage after delivery that is not a manufacturing defect
Scratches on lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
Important:
• Issues must be reported within the return window if received damaged
• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team
• Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval
• The company’s decision on warranty eligibility will be final
In cases where warranty does not apply, we may offer a paid replacement option subject to availability.
