- Structural defects under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
- Lens scratches, accidental damage or impact.
- Bent frames due to force.
- Heat damage and normal wear and tear.
- Loss, theft or unauthorised repairs.
How to Claim
Email support@queuniverse.com with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and guide you through the process.
Replacement Terms
- One replacement per order.
- Subject to stock availability.
- Warranty does not restart after replacement.
- An alternative model of equal value may be offered if the original is unavailable.
