Every pair of QUE sunglasses comes with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in frames, lenses, hinges and structural components under normal use.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in frames and lenses.
  • Hinge malfunctions due to production faults.
  • Structural defects under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

  • Lens scratches, accidental damage or impact.
  • Bent frames due to force.
  • Heat damage and normal wear and tear.
  • Loss, theft or unauthorised repairs.

How to Claim

Email support@queuniverse.com with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and guide you through the process.

Replacement Terms

  • One replacement per order.
  • Subject to stock availability.
  • Warranty does not restart after replacement.
  • An alternative model of equal value may be offered if the original is unavailable.
