Every pair of QUE sunglasses comes with a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in frames, lenses, hinges and structural components under normal use.

What’s Covered

Manufacturing defects in frames and lenses.
Hinge malfunctions due to production faults.
Structural defects under normal use.

What’s Not Covered

Lens scratches, accidental damage or impact.
Bent frames due to force.
Heat damage and normal wear and tear.
Loss, theft or unauthorised repairs.

How to Claim

Email support@queuniverse.com with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your claim within 48 hours and guide you through the process.

Replacement Terms

One replacement per order.
Subject to stock availability.
Warranty does not restart after replacement.
An alternative model of equal value may be offered if the original is unavailable.

What is your return policy?

At QUE Universe, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.

A few things to keep in mind:

The product must be unused and unworn.
Original product tags must be intact.
Original packaging must be included.
A flat ₹99 return processing fee applies.
Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

Once your return is picked up and passes our quality check, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
