Return & Exchange Window
- Requests must be raised within
3 days of delivery. - Requests raised after 3 days
will not be accepted. - Products must be unused, undamaged, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Que reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Charges
- A flat Rs 99 return handling
fee will be deducted for all return requests. - Exchanges are free of cost.
- This fee covers reverse pickup and
inspection handling.
No return charges will apply if the product
delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Raise a Request
- Visit the 'Exchange &
Returns' section on our website or log into your account. - Submit your order details and
reason for return or exchange. - Once approved, pickup will be
scheduled within 1 to 2 working days.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products go through a quality
check.
Returns may be rejected if:
- The product shows signs of
wear, stains. - Tags are removed.
- Packaging is damaged.
- A different product is
returned.
Rejected products will be shipped back to
the customer.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock
availability. - If the requested size or
product is unavailable, refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 1
to 3 working days after approval. - The refund will reflect in your
original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. - Shipping charges are non
refundable. - Rs 99 return handling fee will
be deducted from the refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Claims without unboxing proof may not be

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
All QUE sunglasses are covered under a 3 Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
โข Manufacturing defects in frame construction
โข Manufacturing defects in lenses
โข Hinge malfunction due to production fault
โข Structural defects under normal use
If a defect is confirmed by our quality team, we will:
โข Repair the product at no cost, OR
โข Replace the product with the same or equivalent model, OR
โข Issue refund if replacement is unavailable
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
โข Scratches on lenses due to improper handling.
โข Accidental damage, drops, or impact
โข Bent frames caused by force
โข Damage due to heat exposure
โข Normal wear and tear
โข Loss or theft
โข Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Sunglasses are delicate accessories. Improper care can significantly reduce product life.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a warranty claim:

- Mention your Order ID
- Share clear images or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review within 48 hours
If approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
In certain cases, customers may be required to ship the product to our warehouse for inspection.
4. Replacement Terms
โข Replacement is applicable only once per order.
โข In case of stock unavailability, an alternative model of equal value will be offered
โข Warranty does not restart after replacement
5. Care Instructions
To extend the life of your QUE sunglasses:

โข Clean lenses using microfiber cloth only
โข Avoid keeping inside hot cars
โข Do not place lenses face down

โข Proof of purchase is mandatory
