Warranty Policy
At Que Universe, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to offering transparent and fair warranty support to our customers.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects refer to faults in material or workmanship that are present at the time of delivery or arise due to issues from our production process under normal usage conditions.
If a manufacturing defect is identified and approved by our quality team, we will offer a replacement as per our warranty process.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
The following are not covered under our warranty policy:
• Scratches on lenses
• Damage caused due to mishandling, accidental drops, pressure, or improper storage
• Normal wear and tear due to regular usage
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, extreme heat, water, or salt
• Unauthorized repairs or alterations
• Any damage occurring after delivery that is not a manufacturing defect
Scratches on lenses are considered usage related wear and tear, even if they appear after gentle or limited use, and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
Delivery Condition
If the product is received in a damaged or scratched condition from our end, customers must report the issue within the specified return window along with clear images or videos. Such cases will be reviewed and resolved accordingly.
Issues reported after usage will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
Claim Process
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our internal quality control team. The decision of the company regarding warranty eligibility will be final and binding.
Submitting a warranty request does not guarantee approval.
Paid Replacement Option
In cases where the issue does not qualify under warranty, we may offer a paid replacement option as a goodwill gesture, subject to availability. Pricing and terms for paid replacements will be communicated separately.
